We are a faith-based movement for teen girls (ages 13-18) designed to awaken identity, restore worth, and ignite purpose. Through powerful retreats and conferences, creative encounters, and intentional mentorship, Girl Enhanced creates a safe, fun, and Spirit-filled space where girls experience healing, grow in faith, and discover who they are as daughters of God. With a unique blend of worship, Biblical teaching, personal ministry, creative expression, and joyful sisterhood, Girl Enhanced is not just another ministry, it’s a life-shaping encounter with the Father’s heart.

What began with a simple step of faith - a team of five women and thirteen brave girls attending the very first retreat, grew into a yearly camp, two annual conferences, and a movement supported by a passionate team of over twenty women. Over the years, Girl Enhanced partnered with powerful youth and women’s ministries such as That’s My Girl Magazine, I Am Youth Movement, Underground (Open Doors), and Beautiful Lovesong, impacting young lives in South Africa.

Founded in 2013 by Zelda Thompson, Girl Enhanced was inspired by her own story of restoration, stirring up a passion to see every girl walk in truth, confidence, and freedom. With years of experience in ministry and youth discipleship, both in South Africa, and now expanding to the U.S., Zelda carries a unique calling to raise individuals up in their identity and purpose, and to inspire spiritual growth.
